Common Issues
I didn’t get my credits after purchase
Please check your email for a confirmation from Polar (our payment provider). If you didn’t receive anything, contact us with your payment email and we'll fix it quickly.
I lost my license key
If you purchased credits but lost your license key, email us with your payment info and we'll try to resend it.
The tool says my content didn’t pass review
Our automated system sometimes flags content incorrectly. If that happens, try rephrasing or adjusting your input and give it another shot.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Just email us with your license key and request.

is stored in your browser’s localStorage. If you're using a different browser/device or cleared storage, you'll need to re-enter it. - Generated images are safe to use commercially.
